Our design assignment was to convert a classical, listed monument palace building from the 19th century into an exclusive 5 star luxury hotel, with a fine dining restaurant. This inculded the renovation of both the interior spaces and the exterior of the building complex – facade, ancillery buildings, garden, walkways. We strived to reach a harmonious overall picture, in which the historical and contemporary elements will complement and reinforce each other, giving a sensese of timeless luxury.
