Friedrich Wilhelm Raiffeisen, the private banking division of Raiffeisen Bank, opened a new downtown office in the Medimpex headquarters on Vörösmarty tér. When choosing the rental property, the location and representation, the historicity and architectural value of the building, which fits the values of FWR and its clientele, were important aspects. The task of the new office is to provide comprehensive banking and consulting services to key clients in an elegant, confidential and comfortable environment. Four meeting rooms of different sizes and furnishings await customers overlooking Vörösmarty Square. The employees work in a one-room office, which is served by a kitchenette and a dressing room.
The largest meeting room can accommodate 14 people, which can also be used by other areas of the bank if meetings are held in the city center. A small meeting room with a round table is located in the immediate vicinity of the entrance, which is made special by the historic display case and chandelier. Furnishing the following meeting room allows formal negotiations as well as more informal meetings with a comfortable sofa corner. At the end of the meeting line, a smaller, informal meeting space with lounge furniture was given instead. The use of noble materials and surfaces, restrained, neutral colors, furniture and upholstery provide an elegant, timeless and modern environment, taking into account the historic environment, the expectations of the clientele and the needs of the FWR brand. The meeting rooms are decorated with selected pieces from Raiffeisen’s art collection, the best works of contemporary Hungarian painters.
